The maturity achieved within the Hospital Group Territory (GHT) due to the pooling of the purchasing function creates the conditions necessary for a reflection on the optimization of logistics. In fact, many projects on hospital logistics emerge or consolidate, with a mesh supra establishment to think and transform the models of supply.
In order to best support all health institutions on this topic, it is necessary to identify the concrete tracks of performance and to define a common methodology to reach the set targets.
