VMES (Vehicle Message Exchange Simulator) is a simulator developed in Matlab™ which has been realized during the PhD thesis of Mira Bou Farah titled "Methods using belief functions to manage imperfect information in vehicular networks".

It allows the simulation of information exchanges between vehicles on the road such as accidents, traffic jams, ...

The developed methods use the belief function framework.
